Downstairs, a vine covered terrace offers the perfect space to drink coffee and cay (Turkish Tea), or enjoy a freshly squeezed pomegranate and orange juice, in the tranquillity of this undiscovered Valley.
Behind a charming wooden doorway, the spacious downstairs living room is built in a traditional rural Turkish style. Designed to keep cool in the heat of the day, the living area has a second open plan kitchen and an indoor dining and lounging area.
The air conditioned double bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table and wardrobe. The downstairs bathroom allows guests to shower or to laze in a large bath.
Both kitchens are well equipped with everything needed to whip up a quick snack or for the more adventurous wishing to cook up a full blown meal. Guests are welcome to use the fresh herbs and produce from the garden.
Oranges and pomegranates are only some of the fresh local produce on offer. A welcome pack includes the village honey, olive oil, fruit and milk. (You’ll probably hear the cow whose milk you’re drinking lowing across the valley, mingling with the sound of goat bells, and cicadas.)
Directly outside the front of the property is parking for several cars shaded from the heat of the sun by a large Cypress tree. The upstairs bedrooms and living area are on the same level and easily accessible from outside.
The downstairs is accessed down a gently sloping paved path with some wide low steps.
